Product Manager, EMEA HVAC Service (m/f/d)

In this role, you drive the innovation, development, and management of service products for the HVAC domain in the EMEA region. You will operationalize global service platforms and tailor region-specific offerings to meet local needs, collaborating with the Global Service Product Management team. You address regional customer voice, support regional P&L, and lead cross-functional initiatives to grow service adoption and premium offerings. This is an opportunity to shape service strategy in a global-to-regional context with measurable impact.

• Own KPIs for the regional service product portfolio
• Operationalize global service platforms in the region
• Build and launch region-specific service offerings aligned with global standards
• Serve as domain service SME
• Participate in problem-solving, kaizen, and VSM events
• Represent regional field and customer voice to global team

• Extensive experience in service product management, service operations, service commercial enablement, or product lifecycle management
• Proven HVAC Service domain expertise and trusted advisor status
• Proven track record of bringing new capabilities to market
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness and ability to travel 10–25% of the time
