Service Product Manager

In this Global Digital Product Manager role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of a portfolio of digital service products with a global footprint. You’ll shape product vision, craft scalable roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impact across markets. You’ll drive recurring revenue through platform innovations and market insights, while aligning with sustainability and commercial goals. • Lead the development and management of a global portfolio of digital service products
• Define product roadmaps, scaling models, and roll-out strategies to drive recurring revenue
• Build a uniform digital platform supporting commercial sustainability offerings
• Monitor and report KPIs, aligning with internal stage-gate processes
• Identify innovation opportunities and bring new products to market
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to uncover growth opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, marketing, and R&D

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, service business transformation, or similar roles
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and value creation
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
• Experience with digital innovation and sustainability trends
