Verantwortungsbereiche

Design and develop cloud-based data products for the Energy & Vehicle Services unit
Own and evolve existing data products ensuring adoption and value
Foster collaboration with business units and stakeholders on data-driven use cases
Provide functional leadership to Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and BW Consultants
Prioritize data initiatives and develop the Data & Analytics strategy including KPIs and AI/ML topics
Define standards and documentation for data assets in collaboration with Data Intelligence & Analytics
Ensure data quality and consistency with Data Governance across the organization

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
Several years of experience as Product Owner or IT Project Manager
Strong strategic and conceptual thinking with excellent communication and presentation skills
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Kanban or Scrum) in cross-functional environments
Solid understanding of Data & Analytics team operations
Knowledge of conceptual data models and experience with data lifecycle management, data strategy, and governance requirements
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
