Production Manager (m/f/x)

In this role you will lead Skeleton's Markranstädt production to meet targets while guiding the manufacturing team toward high quality, on-time deliveries. You’ll oversee machine readiness, maintenance planning, and resource allocation, and ensure rigorous documentation. You will partner with development and quality teams to improve manufacturability and process performance. • Ensure factory can produce according to targets
• Supervise and lead the Production team to achieve goals
• Ensure deliveries meet quality requirements and deadlines
• Report on manufacturing performance
• Oversee machine preparation, cleaning, and maintenance
• Ensure sufficient and properly allocated resources (tools, materials, personnel)
• Plan maintenance and repairs with the maintenance team
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations
• Ensure proper documentation for all machines (e.g., standard work instructions)
• Document all trial and production runs accurately
• Provide manufacturing feedback to development teams to improve manufacturability
• Work with quality teams to improve product and process performance

• Minimum 3 years of Production / Manufacturing management experience
• Knowledge of operation management in a 3 shift operation
• Background in electronics, automotive, or automatic high production volume lines
• LEAN management experience is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal English; German is a strong advantage
• Hands-on mentality
