Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout projects from initiation to go-live and stabilization
Manage scope, timelines, budget, governance, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and IT
Drive delivery using SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder discussions
Ensure alignment with the global template while supporting local requirements
Build strong relationships across teams and regions to secure project outcomes

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
5–10 years in ERP and project management environments
Successfully delivered at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout projects as PM
Experience across full lifecycle of public cloud ERP rollout in manufacturing
Hands-on experience with SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
Strong ERP program background in SCM, Manufacturing, and Sales
Experience leading international teams and cross-cultural stakeholders
Structured governance and transparent communication
Excellent English communication; German is an advantage
