Program Manager (m|f|d) Project Manager ERP Implementation (m/f/d)

As Project Manager ERP Implementation, you lead Voith’s ERP deployment from strategy to go-live, guiding transformation across departments. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure a successful SAP S/4HANA rollout and stabilized operation. The role sits at the Paper division, contributing to sustainable paper solutions and business process optimization. You will shape the change journey, drive performance, and deliver measurable impact for the organization.

• Lead the ERP implementation or migration project from initiation to go-live and post-go-live support
• Define project strategy, roadmap, milestones, and resource planning
• Assemble and lead a cross-functional project team, including selecting implementation partners
• Analyze and optimize existing business processes and align system requirements with business functions
• Prepare functional and technical specifications aligned with the SAP S/4HANA template within Voith
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (business, IT, ERP providers, consultants)
• Own budget management with monitoring of time, cost, and quality
• Provide regular project status updates to management and steering committee
• Guide employees through organizational change management
• Ensure user adoption and sustainable use of SAP S/4HANA
• Oversee technical implementation and data migration

• Several years of proven experience in managing complex ERP implementation or migration projects
• Solid understanding of core business processes (production, procurement, logistics, sales, controlling)
• Experience working with external implementation partners
• Strong project management expertise
• High level of assertiveness and structured working style
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to engage and motivate employees and drive change
