As a Project Manager Sales for Switchgear in Europe, you own end-to-end projects from tender to customer acceptance. You will support local sales teams and deliver compelling product presentations, shaping switchgear solutions for key projects. You work closely with production, engineering, logistics, and R&D to ensure smooth execution and contribute to the energy and technology transition. • End-to-end project ownership from tendering to customer acceptance for switchgear solutions
• Sales enablement and support for local sales teams on new projects
• Delivering product presentations and hands-on training
• Cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, logistics and R&D to ensure project success

• Technical background in electrical engineering or energy technology
• Experience in project management, sales or medium-voltage switchgear (internships/working student roles acceptable)
• Initial SAP experience
• Fluent English and German (additional European language optional)
