Sales Manager (m/w/d) Liquid Cooling/ Data Center Solutions Europe

In this role you drive growth in the European liquid cooling/ data center market by acquiring new customers and expanding strategic partnerships. You work closely with Engineering and Product Management to tailor technical solutions and lead strategic reviews with clients and stakeholders. You will analyze market needs, represent the company at industry events, and shape cross-functional initiatives to capture opportunities in data center cooling. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role with international travel and a clear impact on our growth trajectory.

• Acquire new customers and grow the data center liquid cooling market segment
• Establish and develop strategic customer relationships
• Provide technical consulting and co-create customized solutions with Engineering and Product Management
• Lead strategic business reviews with customers and internal stakeholders
• Analyze market and customer requirements and derive actionable measures
• Participate in trade fairs, customer events, and industry conferences

• Completed technical or industrial engineering degree, or comparable qualification
• Sales experience, ideally in thermal management, liquid cooling, or data center environments
• Confident presence, strong communication, and customer orientation
• Very good English skills and willingness to travel internationally
• Independent and well-structured working style
