As Manager Strategy and Execution Sales Europe you drive strategic initiatives across the EVP-sponsored portfolio and translate strategy into executable plans. You coordinate multi-country, cross-functional efforts and ensure transparent reporting to senior management. You partner with EVP Sales Europe and regional leaders to manage complex programs and deliver measurable outcomes. • Manage and advance EVP-sponsored strategic initiatives across the full lifecycle
• Structure and coordinate project planning, including budget and resources, with project managers
• Lead international, cross-functional initiatives with EVP Sales Europe and stakeholders
• Translate strategy into priorities, milestones and execution plans
• Ensure transparent project monitoring, consolidated reporting and results tracking
• Prepare high-quality analyses and executive-level decision proposals for top management and boards
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders as interface for EVP Sales Europe

• Business-oriented degree
• Several years of experience in strategy, consulting or complex project leadership in an international setting
• Excellent MS Office proficiency, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• English and German: fluent
• Analytical ability to structure ambiguous problems and influence without formal authority
• Ability to manage complexity by prioritising initiatives and coordinating multiple workstreams
• Highly independent, proactive, and interculturally competent
