Project Technology Transfer Manager (PrTTM) (m/f/d) 1

As Project Technology Transfer Manager at our Siegen site, you will lead the set-up and execution of technology transfer plans for bogies across industrial activities. You will coordinate donor and receiver stakeholders, manage transfer data and documentation, and ensure compliance with EHS standards. You will develop training plans to elevate TT competencies and push TT standards improvements across sites. • Set-up, execute and maintain TT plans across industrial activities (PME, Production, Testing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sub-Contractors)
• Analyse transfer risk and drive action plans
• Connect and coordinate donor and receiver metier stakeholders
• Manage IMP and ensure validation by donor
• Manage TT data and documents (DML, Transmittal Sheet, RFC, translations)
• Define and execute training and assistance plans
• Ensure transfer activities comply with AT EHS standards
• Deploy and improve TT standards and processes
• Develop TT understanding and competencies across sites and metiers

• Engineering graduate
• English fluent mandatory
• Industrial background with 5–10 years in railway industry (rolling stock or component)
• Experience in project or industrial QCD management
• Familiar with IS common tools
