Responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement of goods and services for the company
• Maintain accurate records of purchasing transactions
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
• Evaluate supplier performance and quality of goods
• Prepare purchase orders and process invoicesSupport the negotiation of contracts and pricing
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement
