Regional Service Procurement Manager

• Strategic Procurement: Develop and execute regional procurement strategies for all indirect procurement services across Europe.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Lead end-to-end sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation (SLA, pricing), and ongoing relationship management. Collaborate closely with Europe and global HQ stakeholders.
• Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure all procurement activities strictly adhere to Xpeng's global policies, internal control systems, and local regulatory requirements. Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• System & Operational Integration: Rapidly learn and become a super-user of Xpeng's designated procurement and ERP systems, ensuring all processes are correctly followed and data integrity is maintained.
• Regional Travel: Travel approximately 25-30% within the Europe region to engage with local teams, understand market-specific needs, conduct supplier audits, and foster strong operational alignment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in indirect procurement or administration services procurement, with proven exposure to multiple Europe markets.
• Mandatory: Fluency in Enginlish (business proficiency).
• Strongly Preferred: Professional proficiency in German.
• A Significant Plus: Working knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) to facilitate seamless communication with global HQ.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and strictly following corporate procurement systems and processes.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and risk management within a multinational context.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
