Regional Vice President – US Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and direction for U.S. operations
• Ensure customers service expectations are met or exceeded
• Drive productivity and efficiency initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on market and competitor trends
• Develop and implement new service offerings

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years management experience in Operations or Logistics
• 2-3 years managing profit and loss and key performance indicators
• Excellent leadership and overall management skills
• Strong facilitation and negotiating skills
• Willingness to travel within territory 40-70%
