Regulatory Compliance Manager (Berlin/London/Paris)

Responsibilities

• Definition of technical specifications related to various investment compliance requirements, and ongoing review and optimization of relevant business processes.
• Advising the business in areas such as MiFID II/MiFIR, MAD/MAR, MiCAR, PSD II, SRD II, EMIR, etc., to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring the development of regulatory and legal norms and conducting regulatory horizon scanning across EU member states.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders on all investment compliance questions.
• Preparing reports for management and supervisory authorities; processing inquiries from EU supervisory authorities.
• Collaborating with other departments, in particular Risk, Legal, Finance and People.
• Providing continuous training in various compliance topics.

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed studies in economics, law, or business law, or comparable studies.
• Ideally, several years of professional experience in investment compliance in auditing or consulting firms, with in-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal requirements, and/or several years of professional experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of MiFID II/MiFIR, WpHG, MaComp, MaRisk, MaDepot, MiCAR, and other prominent EU regulatory frameworks.
• English fluency is a must; German and other EU languages are an advantage.
