Regulatory Compliance Manager (Prudential)

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to implement prudential regulatory frameworks. You will keep our prudential practice in compliance while providing oversight on relevant obligations and related controls.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing oversight on prudential compliance obligations for operations across the business
• Ensuring high‑quality regulatory mapping
• Challenging, assessing, and implementing policies from scratch
• Ensuring a robust, company‑wide prudential training and competency programme
• Overseeing horizon scanning for relevant geographies
• Reviewing and challenging 1LoD review of incidents to ensure robust and effective remediation
• Identifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending solutions to promote compliance

What you’ll need

• 7+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
• Expertise in prudential‑related obligations (DORA, outsourcing, PRA Handbook, TPRM, CRR, etc.)
• A university degree in STEM, business, or finance
• Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation
• A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
• The ability to communicate positively with members of various internal teams and regulators
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
