Sales Backoffice Specialist

We are currently looking for a Sales Backoffice Specialist to support our international sales operations and ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, track order status, and ensure on-time delivery
• Support the sales team in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining sales contracts
• Maintain and update customer master data in internal systems
• Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment
• Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints
• Support inventory monitoring and sales planning activities
• Follow up on payments and assist with receivables management together with finance
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all sales-related records
• Handle additional administrative and coordination tasks as required

Your Profile

• Degree or vocational training in business administration or a related field
• Initial experience in sales support / backoffice / order management is a plus
• Experience with export or dangerous goods handling is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus
• Fluent in English and German
• Chinese language skills are a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
• High level of customer orientation and sense of responsibility
