Sales Engineer (Fully Remote)

• Provide pre-sales, post-sales, and customer support for all product offerings both onsite and remotely.
• Craft and deliver technical presentations, support field demos, and integrate with third-party accessories.
• Draft white papers and assess new applications to extend product effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Four-year technical degree or military service equivalent with 5+ years related experience.
• Knowledge of IP networking, RF systems, and tactical communication systems.
• Demonstrated ability to travel 50-75% and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Hybrid/remote role based in San Diego, California with a focus on customer-facing field events.
• Physical demands include sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to security clearance needs.
