SAP HCM for S/4HANA Expert (all genders)

In this role, you guide clients through SAP HCM transformations toward S/4HANA, shaping future HR system landscapes. You work within a cross-functional team to advise on migration strategies and architectural options, from brownfield to greenfield approaches. You may lead project streams or contribute as an architect, collaborating with SuccessFactors teams for integrated HR solutions. This is a high-impact advisory and delivery role on international, visibility-driven projects with a focus on delivery excellence and transformational outcomes.

• Advisory and delivery support in SAP HCM transformation programs toward S/4HANA
• Evaluate options such as HCM for S/4, Compatibility Pack, or hybrid SuccessFactors models
• Possible project stream leadership or architecture design depending on experience
• Collaborate with SuccessFactors teams for integrated HR solutions
• Optional: contribute to RfPs, proposals, and client solution design

• Solid experience in SAP ECC HCM
• Deep know-how in at least one core module (PA, OM, PY, or PT)
• Familiarity with SAP HCM for S/4HANA is a strong plus but not required
• Enjoy advising clients and navigating transformation journeys
• Clear communication with diverse teams (on-site and remote)
• Fluent in German and English; delivery excellence, structure, and team spirit
