As an SAP Manufacturing / Digital Manufacturing Consultant at Tenthpin, you help life sciences clients translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions. You will work on global transformation programmes, focusing on SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, MES, and shop floor optimization. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients to design, test, and deploy end-to-end manufacturing solutions. This role combines hands‑on implementation with advisory influence, supporting innovation within a dynamic, multinational environment. • Collaborate with clients to implement cutting-edge SAP Manufacturing solutions in global transformation programmes
• Lead build, testing, and deployment phases in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing with emphasis on MES and shop floor processes
• Design and optimize manufacturing execution and shop floor processes across transformation programmes
• Coordinate across manufacturing, MES integration, batch management, traceability, and production planning domains
• Work with multi-language, multicultural teams and contribute to R&D co-innovations with Life Sciences organisations
• Support delivery with a strong client-facing and advisory posture, bridging business processes and SAP solutions

• At least 2 full project lifecycles as SAP Manufacturing / PP-PI Consultant with S/4HANA experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and production execution, MRP, batch management, traceability, shop floor processes
• Experience designing and supporting end-to-end manufacturing solutions across SAP landscapes
• Ability to collaborate with technical/integration teams while maintaining a business focus
• Understanding of SAP Manufacturing integration with logistics, finance, quality management, and material management
• Exposure to SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM/DMC), SAP ME, SAP MII, MES/MOM or Industry 4.0 initiatives would be advantageous
• Background in Life Sciences or regulated manufacturing industries is beneficial
• A track record in a major consulting or SI environment is preferred
