Overview

As an SAP PM/EAM Consultant at Tenthpin, you will align technology with business goals and act as a trusted advisor to clients during SAP S/4HANA-based maintenance and asset management implementations. You’ll design, build, test, and deploy SAP PM/EAM solutions, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across languages and regions. You’ll contribute to Co-Innovations with Lifesciences organisations and participate in an empowering, entrepreneurial environment. This role offers hybrid work in Germany and a path to advance your consulting and technical impact in the Life Sciences sector.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Collaborate with clients to implement SAP systems and deliver maintenance and asset management solutions
Design, build, test, and deploy SAP PM/EAM solutions within SAP S/4HANA
Apply PM/EAM best practices to technical objects, maintenance planning, and work order management
Work in diverse, multilingual, cross-functional teams
Contribute to R&D initiatives and Co-Innovations with Lifesciences organisations
Engage with the Tenthpin Community and support a non-bureaucratic, empowering work culture

Zentrale Anforderungen

At least 2 full SAP PM/EAM project lifecycles in an S/4HANA project from design to delivery
Strong business process understanding in Maintenance & Asset Management
Knowledge of PM/EAM integration with MM, QM, PS, SD, SCM, and Manufacturing
Experience with mobile maintenance solutions (SAP Fiori, Mobile SDK), SAP BTP, or related SAP modules/technologies is a plus
Proven track record in Big 4, major SI, or specialist SAP firm
Experience in Life Sciences or asset-intensive industries is advantageous
