SAP WM Functional Consultant (German Speaker)

As an SAP WM Functional Consultant, you will translate warehouse and logistics needs into SAP WM solutions and guide delivery from requirements to deployment. You’ll collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, PP, QM, and EWM where applicable. This role blends hands-on configuration, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement to drive efficient warehouse operations in SAP environments. You will operate in a fast-paced, client-focused, international setting and contribute to transformative logistics projects.

• Gather and analyze warehouse management requirements through workshops with stakeholders
• Translate requirements into SAP WM configuration and functional designs
• Analyze warehouse processes and propose SAP-based solutions
• Configure and test SAP WM functionalities aligned with business needs
• Support integration between SAP WM and MM/SD/PP/QM and EWM
• Maintain project documentation (process flows, specifications, testing)
• Create Functional Design Specifications and assist development teams
• Support data migration, master data validation, and data preparation
• Participate in end-to-end testing, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live support
• Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure project delivery

• At least 3 years of SAP WM consulting experience
• Hands-on SAP WM configuration and support
• Knowledge of warehouse processes (Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Putaway, Picking, Stock Transfers, Physical Inventory, Batch Management, Handling Units)
• Experience with SAP WM integration to MM, SD, PP, QM
• Experience with testing activities and defect resolution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and professional English communication skills
