Sr Principal Functional Consultant, oCHRO Achitect - German Speaker

In this Sr Principal Functional Consultant, oCHRO Architect role you will be the senior HCM solution architect on Workday deployment programmes, partnering with executives and project leads to own end-to-end architecture and ensure design closure on time and budget. You will steer cross-functional design decisions using Workday principles and business taxonomy, and shape post-go-live roadmaps to sustain value. You’ll lead design workshops and challenge partners when needed, while working with German-speaking stakeholders across the customer lifecycle. This role sits in a senior group and balances speed with accountability and trust in delivering AI-enabled Workday deployments.

• 10+ years of functional experience in HCM software
• 5+ years of implementation consulting in HR technology or business transformation
• proven experience leading end-to-end HCM design on complex, multi-country programmes
• deep knowledge of Workday HCM
• fluency in German and English
• strategic advisor to HR leadership connecting solutions to business strategy and metrics
• strong track record driving decision-making across diverse stakeholders
• experience refining HR operating models, taxonomies and governance for global organisations
• ability to collaborate with systems integrators and align designs with Workday best practices
• comfort managing high-stakes timelines and budgets with executive-ready communication
• travel up to 40% as customer needs require
