SEO Consultant, English Speakers Mandatory

Develop SEO roadmaps aligned with client objectives, market opportunities, organic performance, and competitive positioning
Identify organic growth opportunities across technical SEO, content, search demand, SERPs, and off-page performance
Prioritize SEO initiatives by impact, effort, urgency, and business relevance
Conduct or oversee keyword research, clustering, search-intent analysis, funnel alignment, and opportunity mapping
Analyze technical SEO issues and provide implementation guidance
Develop content strategies based on search demand, user intent, competitor gaps, performance, and business priorities
Identify backlink and authority-building opportunities
Conduct competitor benchmarking, SERP analysis, and content-gap analysis
Serve as trusted SEO advisor for a portfolio of clients
Lead monthly strategic client meetings and SEO discussions
Translate technical findings and data into clear business recommendations
Analyze organic traffic, rankings, visibility, CTR, conversions, and other KPIs
Prepare or review monthly reports with insights, business impact, and recommended actions
Provide SEO requirements to Content, Development, and implementation teams
Monitor implementation and evaluate impact
Collaborate with SEO, Content, Paid Media, BI, Development, and other teams
Maintain documentation in internal CRM and task-management systems

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in an SEO-focused role, ideally within a digital marketing agency or consultancy environment
Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content strategy, search intent, and off-page SEO
Proven experience developing and managing SEO strategies across multiple clients or websites
Ability to independently conduct SEO audits, diagnose problems, identify opportunities, and prioritize recommendations
Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, SERP analysis, content strategy, technical SEO, and link-building strategies
Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and business insights
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
Ability to communicate complex SEO concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines independently
Experience using ClickUp, SENTR, or similar CRM/task management platforms
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience collaborating with Content, Development, BI, Paid Media, or other digital marketing teams is highly desirable
