(Senior) Account Manager DACH (m/f/d)

In this role, you own a strategic portfolio of ~30 major accounts in Germany and Switzerland to drive ARR and NRR growth. You will engage executive leadership, craft tailored business plans, and steer platform adoption to expand trading volumes and revenue. You work cross-functionally with Marketplace Management and product teams to align strategies and feedback. This is an entrepreneurial, impact-driven position at a leading energy platform that values autonomy and strategic thinking.

• Own a predefined set of ~30 high-impact accounts in Germany and Switzerland to influence revenue
• Drive ARR and NRR growth through upselling and cross-selling across multi-commodity offerings
• Engage senior decision-makers and maintain strategic relationships with executives
• Autonomously design structured account business plans from scratch
• Accelerate platform adoption by guiding major customers to higher commodity volumes on enmacc
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketplace Management and product teams to align strategies and feedback

• Experienced Energy Professional with proven senior account management, energy origination, procurement, or energy trading/utilities background
• Executive presence to negotiate and discuss with senior executives at utilities and trading houses
• Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity
• Data-driven mindset to analyze platform usage and identify revenue opportunities
• Bilingual German and English (fluent business-level)
