Senior Account Manager - Electronic Component Sales -Munich

In this role you drive growth for strategic OEM and EMS accounts across the DACH region within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial semiconductor environment. You will manage a portfolio, uncover new opportunities in independent distribution, and coordinate sourcing and logistics to beat targets. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure top-tier service, especially during component shortages, while traveling 20–30% to engage customers. • Manage and expand OEM and EMS customer portfolio across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Identify and pursue new business within independent distribution
• Provide strategic sourcing solutions during shortages and allocations
• Collaborate with sourcing and logistics teams to deliver excellent service
• Meet and exceed sales targets and gross profit objectives
• Travel to customer sites and trade events as needed (20–30%)

• Current experience in independent distribution of electronic components
• Strong network in the DACH electronics manufacturing market
• Proven success in managing large accounts and closing high-value deals
• Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, shortages, and component lifecycles
• Fluent in German and English
