(Senior) Account Manager

In this role you act as the main liaison between Lear and the customer (AUDI), guiding projects from pre-series to series and parts. You lead quotation creation, contract reviews, and commercial assessments, while driving customer relationship management and strategic planning. You will monitor performance, analyze deviations, and support sales and marketing with data-driven insights. • Serve as the central interface with AUDI to represent customer requirements in JIT/JIS seat or trim domains
• Oversee projects from pre-series to series production and spare parts with direct OEM contact
• Take ownership of acquisition project execution and steer quotations and contract negotiations
• Manage change management processes including commercial assessment and implementation of product modifications
• Plan and conduct customer relationship management as a core duty
• Monitor business performance, perform competitive analyses, and gather customer data for sales/marketing planning

• Degree in engineering or business administration
• At least 5 years’ experience in automotive sales (VW Group/Audi preferred)
• Knowledge in product development, manufacturing processes, or quality management for seats or trims
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently within a team
• Ability to analyze complex tasks and communicate effectively in German and English
• Willingness to travel
