Senior AI Systems & Platform Engineer (m/f/d)

As a member of KLA's MACH team, you’ll architect AI that operates across semiconductor domains to detect and control process variations at the source. You will integrate multi-agent workflows and reinforcement learning to improve design and manufacturing insights. You collaborate with hardware, software, and data teams to ensure seamless deployment and a great user experience. This role puts you at the forefront of AI-driven process control in a global, innovation-focused environment. • Architect and implement agentic AI solutions for semiconductor applications
• Develop multi-agent systems that collaborate across semiconductor domains
• Integrate reasoning, planning, and reinforcement learning into AI workflows
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and data teams to ensure seamless deployment and UX
• Continuously evaluate emerging agent-based AI technologies and apply them to semiconductor challenges

• 5+ years in AI/ML development with experience in agent-based systems or reinforcement learning
• Post-graduate software engineering experience, preferably with ML/DL
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Angular/Vue, C/C++, PyTorch
• Experience developing web-based front-ends
• Understanding of cloud platforms and MLOps for scalable AI deployment
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor/Master/PhD in CS, EE or related field (Master preferred)
