Senior Analyst, Marketing Operations (Fully Remote)

• Serve as primary HubSpot admin across Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs.
• Build and maintain automation workflows, lead scoring, and data governance.
• Own data hygiene and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.

CRM Integration:

• Manage HubSpot–Salesforce integration and bidirectional sync.
• Monitor integration health and resolve sync failures.
• Provide lightweight Salesforce support for field mapping and reports.
• Design dashboards for funnel health and campaign performance.
• Partner with BI and Finance on metric definitions.
• Support ABM operations with enrichment tools like Clay and ZoomInfo.
