Growth & Marketing Lead (12-month FTC) (Fully Remote)

• Build and own the Vietnam campaign calendar, coordinating with Social & Creative Lead, Design Lead, and Community Lead.
• Set the media mix and lead budget allocation across channels with the Global Growth Marketing team.
• Guide creative strategy using performance data, shaping briefs and knowing when to scale, pause, or refresh.

Requirements:

• Well-rounded marketing experience across branding and multi-channel campaign management.
• Experience building and running campaign calendars with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of media buying principles and modern measurement tools like MMM and incrementality testing.
