Senior Business Analyst - Marketing & Demand (m/f/d)

In this role, you will be a cornerstone of the BI team, enabling transparency on buyer behavior, funnel performance, and the impact of marketing investments. You translate complex data signals into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes. You work closely with Growth leadership as a data-driven sparring partner, defending assessments with conviction. You will proactively identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic discussions with marketing and senior leadership.

• Analyze the full buyer funnel (traffic, awareness, conversion, retention, LTV) with cohort analyses and customer journeys
• Evaluate marketing activities across channels (brand, paid, CRM, PR, social, SEO) for ROAS and incrementality
• Collaborate with Controlling on planning, budgeting, and scenario analyses; provide commentary on plan figures
• Identify efficiency and growth opportunities independently and bring concrete recommendations to leadership discussions

• At least six years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a similar analytical role
• Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and payback period
• Strong understanding of attribution logic (last non-direct and data-driven) and incrementality
• Broad knowledge of marketing channels, especially SEO, SEM, and conversion funnels
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations
• Very strong SQL skills; experience with modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, AppsFlyer) is a plus
