Senior Commercial Data Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute data operations between BioCryst system and downstream partners
• Oversee risk management and data operations of key systems.
• Act as an internal advisor to various internal functional teams.
• Establish and maintain a data and risk documentation repository.
• Support data operations for implementation of specific system platforms.
• Coordinate and manage data flows between internal sources and external vendors.
• Collaborate with Commercial departments to size field force territories.
• Ensure compliance with US, Japanese, Canadian data privacy and security regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant commercial experience in biotech/pharma required, 6+ years preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of biopharma commercial data operations and sales data analytics infrastructure.
• Analytical -- uses data to drive strategic decision-making.
• Relevant experience with specialty pharma data preferred.
• Relevant experience with rare disease states preferred.
