Senior Deal Desk Manager (Fully Remote)

• We’re looking for a Senior Deal Desk Manager to establish and lead the Deal Desk function within our Finance and Business Operations team.
• This foundational role will bring structure, accuracy, and insight to how we assess, price, and forecast revenue opportunities across the sales cycle.
• The model is transactional, with revenue coming directly from donation volume.

What You’ll Do:

• Build the Deal Desk function from the ground up, including frameworks, tools, and processes for accurate forecasting and revenue attribution.
• Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance to validate pipeline data and ensure consistent deal values tied to donation behavior.
• Implement controls and reporting to identify discrepancies and support board-level reporting.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Finance within a technology or fintech company.
• Proven track record building or scaling Deal Desk functions that improve forecasting and pipeline accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with CRM (Salesforce) and financial systems.
