  • Lead the global analyst relations strategy across Twilio's core and emerging enterprise tech portfolio, including CPaaS, CDP, and Conversational AI.
  • Build and nurture deep relationships with tier-one analyst firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) and drive strategic advisory sessions and events.
  • Drive the end-to-end strategy for major market reports (Magic Quadrants, Waves) and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
