Senior Director, Chapters (Fully Remote)

• Define and own strategic vision and performance metrics for the nationwide Chapter Network.
• Lead design, execution, and continuous improvement of chapter programs across 500+ chapters.
• Manage budget, cross-functional collaboration, and external partnerships.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in youth mobilization, nonprofit program leadership, or network-based program management.
• Proven track record of scaling distributed teams and managing managers.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and experience with Salesforce.
