Senior Director Product Marketing & Product Management

In this role you will lead Littelfuse's global Product Marketing and Product Management for the Power Semiconductor Business Unit, driving strategy, portfolio growth, and successful commercialization of semiconductor solutions. You will collaborate with R&D, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical Marketing to shape the portfolio and accelerate business growth. You will own lifecycle management, develop compelling business cases, and lead new product introductions. • Define and implement global product strategy, technology roadmaps, and portfolio priorities
• Drive portfolio optimization, investment prioritization, and growth opportunities across global markets
• Lead product lifecycle management and monitor portfolio performance for business value
• Own business strategy for new product development from concept to launch
• Develop business cases, product positioning, and investment recommendations
• Drive successful new product introductions with cross-functional teams
• Lead revenue growth, pricing strategy, forecasting, and portfolio lifecycle decisions
• Establish market, customer, and competitive intelligence capabilities

• 12+ years in Product Marketing, Product Management, Business Management, or similar leadership in semiconductors
• Strong commercial, strategic, and technical business acumen with semiconductor knowledge
• Proven track record in roadmaps, business cases, and launches
• Global, cross-functional leadership experience in international environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills
• Experience leading global teams and talent development
• Results-oriented with focus on growth and continuous improvement
• Fluent English; German a plus; willing to travel 40%+ internationally
