Senior Expert Global Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d)

In this role you will shape Exyte’s global compensation and benefits framework to balance enterprise-wide consistency with local regulatory needs. You’ll partner with leadership to design scalable programs, govern processes, and drive analytics that support attraction, retention, and internal equity. The position operates across regions, guiding change initiatives and vendor strategy while aligning with the global strategy. • Develop and implement global compensation and benefits strategies, frameworks, and governance models in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Own and optimize global processes for salary reviews, bonus planning, budgeting, and benefits harmonization across countries/regions.
• Lead analytics, benchmarking, cost forecasting, and data-driven reporting to inform reward decisions.
• Establish robust policies, governance, and compliance frameworks for global compensation and benefits.
• Advise HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on global reward changes and policy transformations.
• Manage global vendor strategy, contract oversight, and cost optimization for compensation and benefits.
• Operate effectively across regions and cultures, with willingness for international travel as needed.
• Lead complex reward projects (M&A integrations, job architecture initiatives, tech implementations, pay transparency, change programs)

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Significant experience in global or multi-country compensation and benefits
• Deep expertise in global compensation and benefits strategy, job architecture, benchmarking, salary structures, and incentives
• Strong governance knowledge and ability to translate principles into locally compliant solutions
• Experience in a complex, matrixed multinational environment
• Advanced analytical, financial-modeling, and data-visualization capabilities; expert Excel; experience with HRIS and reporting tools
• Proven ability to influence executives and align diverse stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong project, change, and vendor-management skills; ability to manage concurrent initiatives
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and cross-cultural communication; fluent English; German language skills essential
