Senior Manager Compensation, Benefits & Global Mobility (m/f/d)

In this role you will lead the design, governance, and execution of Exyte’s global mobility programs. You will shape international assignments, transfers, and cross-border employment models to ensure compliance and value across home and host countries. You’ll partner with senior leaders to align mobility with talent, tax, and cost objectives, delivering a high-quality employee experience. This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership role with a strong impact on global workforce deployment.

• Define and evolve global mobility strategy aligned with business and cost objectives
• Oversee end-to-end mobility operations including assignment lifecycle and complex cases
• Ensure compliance with global tax, immigration, payroll, and employment regulations and manage risk
• Advise senior leaders on cross-border mobility solutions and workforce deployment
• Manage global mobility vendor strategy, contracting, and performance oversight
• Develop and empower the global mobility team, setting clear objectives and providing mentorship

• Extensive experience in global mobility, international assignments, and cross-border employment in a multinational environment
• Proven leadership in managing programs, vendors, and regional teams
• Deep knowledge of international tax, immigration, social security, labor law related to international assignments
• Strong financial acumen including assignment costing, budgeting, and cost governance
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in a complex, matrixed organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse cultural backgrounds
• Fluent in German with strong knowledge of German laws
