Senior Google Shopping & Product Feed Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you drive the success of Google Shopping and the product feed ecosystem for a large e-commerce portfolio. You own feed quality, structure, and performance, working across data, analytics, pricing, and country teams to boost visibility and commercial results. You’ll shape feed strategy, leverage optimization tools, and contribute to scalable, data-driven campaigns. A strong focus on data quality and cross-functional collaboration will help you impact Shopping performance and broader SEA setup.

• Own and optimise the Google product feed strategy for high-quality data across the portfolio
• Manage Google Merchant Center health, diagnostics, and data quality
• Improve Shopping performance via feed enrichment, taxonomy, titles, and attributes
• Operate feed management tools (e.g., Productsup) and refine feed rules
• Align feed quality with pricing, availability and performance data
• Plan and optimise Google Shopping, Performance Max and Search campaigns
• Develop segmentation approaches based on product and performance data
• Manage significant advertising budgets across products, campaigns, and markets
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into feed, campaign, and bidding actions
• Collaborate with Data, Analytics, Pricing, Tech and Country Management to boost data quality and advertising performance
• Create testing frameworks for feed attributes, structures, bidding, and segmentation
• Contribute to the strategic development of wider SEA and Google Shopping setup
• Promote AI and automation in feed management and campaigns

• 5+ years in Google Shopping, Product Feed Management, SEA or Performance Marketing in e-commerce
• Deep hands-on expertise with Google Merchant Center and product feeds
• Strong knowledge of feed optimisation (attributes, taxonomy, titles, descriptions, labels, diagnostics, disapprovals)
• Experience with feed management platforms (Productsup, Channable, DataFeedWatch)
• Strong Google Ads experience (Shopping, Performance Max; some Search)
• Understanding of how feed quality, structure, pricing, availability affect performance
• Experience with large catalogs and complex e-commerce environments (advantage)
• Strong analytical skills to convert data into optimization actions
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; analytics and attribution; scripting/SQL/automation a plus
• Fluent English; German a strong plus
