Senior Grant Compliance Manager (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the grant compliance program across the organization.
• Develop long-term strategies to strengthen compliance infrastructure and support growth.
• Build collaborative partnerships with Finance, Program, and Executive Leadership to promote accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in grant management, compliance, or auditing.
• Knowledge of Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and Single Audit requirements.
• Competitive salary of $108,000 - $118,000 per year.
