Senior Growth Marketing Lead, Guest Engagement (Fully Remote)

• This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports.
• You will own the strategy and end-to-end execution of CRM and lifecycle campaigns.
• The role is hands-on and focused on building, executing, and influencing across teams.

What You Will Do:

• Partner with global country managers to define and align on incentive strategies.
• Plan quarterly and execute by writing creative briefs and running feasibility checks.
• Own CRM execution from defining technical requirements to managing push and email campaigns.

Must Haves:

• 10+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing at a consumer tech company.
• Deep hands-on experience with email, push, and in-app messaging.
• Basic SQL proficiency to validate reports and data.
