In this role, you partner with Corporate Functions and senior stakeholders to align people strategy with business goals. You act as a trusted advisor to executive teams while leading organizational change and transformation efforts. You will collaborate across an international matrix, shaping HR structures and processes, and you will lead a small team. • Proven track record supporting sizeable business units, divisions, or corporate functions
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leadership teams
• High degree of ownership, independence, and personal credibility
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
• Experience within matrix organizations is essential
• Fluent English is mandatory
