Senior HR Implementation Consultant | EMEA

In this role, you lead the end-to-end implementation of Deel’s solutions for enterprise clients, guiding projects from discovery to delivery. You work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design and configure solutions that meet strategic goals. You’ll manage timelines, risk, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful deployments and high client satisfaction. You’ll also develop training materials and continuously improve implementation processes. This is a chance to shape how global organizations adopt Deel’s platform at scale.

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations and ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with clients to understand goals and design aligned solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, customer success) for project execution
• Perform system configurations, data migrations, and integrations
• Manage client relationships and address concerns throughout the lifecycle
• Develop and deliver training materials for client teams
• Identify and resolve technical issues; provide escalation when needed
• Track progress and report updates to clients and leadership
• Improve implementation methodologies to boost efficiency and satisfaction

• 5+ years in implementation consulting or project management
• 3+ years in a senior or leadership role
• Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise-level implementations
• Strong technical background in configurations, integrations, and data migrations
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
• Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
• Ability to solve complex problems and guide solutions during implementation
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for junior team members
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus
