Senior HR Specialist - Recruiting & Onboarding (m/f/d) in Berlin or Konstanz

As HR Specialist for Recruiting & Onboarding, you will own the full recruitment cycle and deliver a seamless onboarding experience. You will partner with hiring managers to optimize pipelines using modern HR tech, ATS platforms, and AI-driven tools. The role offers opportunities to shape recruitment marketing, advance diversity, and refine hiring workflows in a fast-paced software environment. • Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and drive end-to-end recruitment
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and lead behavioral interviews for technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview schedules and nurture relationships with candidates, managers, and external partners
• Drive diverse and inclusive recruitment and support recruitment marketing across channels
• Maintain clean ATS records, analyze candidate funnels, and prepare hiring reports
• Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes for smooth integration of new joiners
• Test, evaluate, and deploy AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and HR workflows

• Sourcing and hiring across the US and German tech/software markets with cultural and operational awareness
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools (e.g., Personio or Ashby)
• Clear communication and active listening with a customer-centric focus on candidate and manager experience
• Strong team player with agile, pragmatic mindset and excellent organizational skills
• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize sourcing, candidate engagement, and onboarding
• High standards of confidentiality and data integrity
• Fluency in German and English
