Senior Talent Attraction Specialist (m/f/d)

As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for production-site roles and act as a brand ambassador for Isar Aerospace. You’ll partner with hiring managers, source proactively, train interviewers, and manage candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of top talent. You’ll develop creative sourcing strategies, drive recruitment KPIs, and contribute to employer branding. • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and skills

• At least 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Outstanding organization and attention to detail
• Fluent in English and German
