Senior Specialist Talent Management (m/f/d)

In this role you shape Exyte’s leadership and talent development globally from the Stuttgart hub. You own and evolve the training portfolio to meet organizational needs and drive key talent initiatives such as career pathing, succession planning, and onboarding. You lead the annual performance review cycle, analyze people metrics to guide decisions, and support cross-functional leadership conferences. Your work strengthens global HR collaboration and data-driven people decisions in a fast-paced, international setting.

• Manage and develop Exyte’s global leadership and talent development portfolio within Global Talent Management
• Own and continuously enhance the training portfolio to stay aligned with organizational needs
• Drive global talent management solutions (Career Pathing, Succession Planning, High Potential Identification, Talent Reviews, onboarding initiatives)
• Lead the annual performance review cycle and guide stakeholders through the process
• Analyze HR and talent data to derive insights for data-driven decision making
• Coordinate and realize global leadership conferences with top management
• Support AI-powered collaboration with other HR functions (Corporate IT)
• Manage stakeholders and interfaces across the organization

• Solid experience in HR talent and leadership development, including change management and training facilitation
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels with a solution-oriented, hands-on mindset
• Structured, committed, and team-oriented working style
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS would be a plus
• Ambitious with professional work experience in a fast, analytical thinking and digital environment
