Responsibilities

Execute defined market intelligence workstreams, primarily focused on the PD business
Conduct and synthesize primary and secondary research
Contribute to the development and maintenance of market models, revenue forecasts, and segmentation frameworks
Synthesize competitive intelligence into clear implications and preliminary recommendations
Support in collaborating with Commercial and Marketing leaders
Prepare components and analytical inputs for executive-level deliverables
Execute change management activities; manage specific adoption tracks
Identify and surface gaps between insights generated and actions taken
Contribute to the development of tools, templates, and communication approaches
Support capability-building initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
5-8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or analytics roles
Experience working on cross‑functional projects in fast‑paced environments
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills
Clear communicator with the ability to synthesize complex information
