Key Responsibilities

Turn every touchpoint into a memorable moment—lead our marketing team as the creative force behind our hotels’ unique guest experiences.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement group-wide marketing strategies with a strong focus on operational excellence and measurable performance
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Take active ownership of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, Content, Social Media, and PR initiatives
• Manage and actively optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, OTA marketing, etc.)
• Oversee website performance, booking journeys, SEO/SEA, and conversion optimization
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and Sales to drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR growth
• Support and guide hotel-level marketing activities and ensure brand consistency across properties
• Manage agencies and service providers — with clear KPIs and hands-on steering
• Monitor budgets, track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable improvements
• Conduct competitor and market analyses to identify growth opportunities
• Contribute actively to brand development and positioning initiatives

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Several years of experience in operational marketing roles, ideally in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or service industries
• Proven track record in hands-on digital and performance marketing execution
• Strong analytical mindset with a clear revenue and ROI focus
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
• Confident in steering agencies and digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, CRM systems, etc.)
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution
• Strong project management skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
