Whatyou’lldo

• Own DACH pipeline performance - targets,pacingand corrective actions
• Define and execute the regional demand strategy,optimising channel mix across paid, campaigns, events and partners
• Lead campaign planning and execution with a clear focus on pipeline and revenue impact
• Improve funnel performance (MQL -> SQL -> pipeline) through continuous conversion and buyer journeyoptimisation
• Partner closely with Sales on account targeting, pipeline coverage and performance alignment
• Coordinate with PMM, content and digital teams as the central pointof accountability for DACH demand
