Senior People Operations Manager (Fully Remote)

• The People team is building the infrastructure that streamlines every talent decision.
• We are hiring an expert operator to architect processes and make the employee experience seamless.
• You will start with the customer problem, map how work flows, and redesign it for speed and clarity.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Architect and document the employee lifecycle end to end.
• Find where the People team loses time and redesign the work.
• Own our HRIS as primary system administrator and automate manual tasks.

THE SKILLSET:

• 4 to 8 years in People Operations or HR Operations.
• Hands-on HRIS administration (Rippling preferred).
• Process design with an automation mindset.

90 DAYS AT FLOCK:

• By 60 days: Turn top opportunities into designed solutions and implement.
