Senior /Principal Product Manager – Search Experience (m/f/d)

In this role you own the end-to-end search experience at Redcare Pharmacy, shaping how customers find health products and navigate uncertainty. You will bridge product, UX, and data to enhance relevance, discovery, and conversion across platforms. With high visibility, you’ll define the roadmap and partner with data science and ML teams to deliver meaningful customer impact. This is a chance to influence how patients discover solutions in a health context while shaping scalable search infrastructure. You will work cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class search experience.

• Own end-to-end search experience across input, autocomplete, results pages, filters, and zero-results states on all platforms
• Shape relevance and ranking strategies in collaboration with data science and ML teams
• Drive discovery and navigation to connect browsing and searching for complex health journeys
• Define and refine measurement framework with advanced metrics like query reformulation rate and time to first relevant result
• Build and prioritise a high-impact roadmap balancing quick wins with long-term search infrastructure and UX investments
• Experimentation and iteration to improve search effectiveness beyond surface KPIs

• Ownership experience in search or discovery products with understanding of ranking logic and UX layers
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret complex metrics and run meaningful experiments
• Ability to collaborate with data science and ML teams and understand ranking signals, query understanding, or semantic search
